“Circle” is the name INUUC uses for “committee” or “team”. Any circle has authority and responsibility over its area of influence, as compared to committees or teams, who often have to ask permission of a higher authority, i.e. the Board. It is a Dynamic Governance term. (Click on the name of any circle listed for more information.)
