The OWL Team will hold a community-wide OWL information session on Tuesday, September 26 from 6–8 p.m. at UUCS, located at 4340 W Whistalks Way in Spokane. From 6–6:30 p.m., a free pizza and salad bar dinner will be available. Information about all seven OWL Curricula (K–1, 4–6, 7–9, 10–12, Young Adult, Adult, and Older Adult) will be presented from 6:30–7:30 p.m., and the last 30 minutes will be reserved for informal discussion. Later this school year, an OWL class for K–1 will be held at UUCS. In a series of 8 two-hour sessions, 5–7-year-olds will learn about human sexuality, reproduction, and gender identification.
