In the twenty- first century, pluralistic society cries out for ethical, wise, and moral leadership. Balancing current Studies on ethical and leadership, as well as practical ideas for increasing ethical behavior in our society today, congregants will gain insight into leadership stories of Dr. King, Sandy Williams etc, as well as practical approaches to applied ethics and moral leadership. This integrated mutual learning will also enable congregants to explore their own leadership as it relates to their decision-making processes as a leader in Eastern Washington and develop a personal philosophy of moral leadership to enhance the healing power of such leadership approaches in our community.
Mr. Adewale invites the community to read chapter 3 titled “On Being a Good Neighbor” in: Strength to Love” by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Beacon Press: Boston, Mass. Published under the auspices of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations.This book is available both hard copy and electronically through the Spokane Public Library network
