Faith, labor, and civic leaders are fighting to restore the integrity and urgency of our local housing dollars. In 2020, we organized and won funding for new affordable homes in Spokane by passing the HB 1590 Housing Levy, which would fund thousands of units over its lifetime, but this money has remained largely unspent and at risk.
Join us as we ask Mayor Lisa Brown and City leaders to commit to our vision of building the new, affordable homes that are so urgently needed and prioritizing projects that address the legacy of housing discrimination in our city.
