Social Justice at INUUC

The Joy and Justice team is part of our Social Action Council and is designed to provide emergency financial support through a local 501(c)3 organization. This week the Coordinating Circle approved our first two requests. 

  • Creole Resources has received $300 for a Haitian family who recently moved into the area. It will purchase winter wear needs for the family. 
  • Health and Justice Recovery Alliance has received $250 for a motel room for a mother and her baby while they are waiting housing
