Join guest speaker Rhie Azzam Morris for insights into the experience of homelessness, the state of homelessness in Spokane now, and how homelessness is a product of socio-political choices and failures. Rhie Azzam Morris is a consultant, trainer, strategic planner, and data analyst focused on race equity and on the homeless response system.
