All the Colors of Family: A Service for Pride and Father’s Day

Including Live Music by Jason Paul

AT ROCKWOOD AND ON ZOOM — In a weekend that includes both Spokane Pride and Father’s Day, we will slow down and reflect on families of origin and chosen family as seen through the lens of member Erin “Po” Popelka’s lived experience.

Erin “Po” Popelka is a founding member of INUUC and the co-chair for our LGBTQ+ Circle. She is also a reader, writer, athlete, and mental health counselor. She is delighted to have rich community in her life, including her family of origin and her chosen family, many of whom contributed to today’s service. Our music today is led by Po’s father, Jason Paul, who is a guitarist, composer, instructor, solo artist, and band member in Sequim, Washington.
