Becoming a Certified Welcoming Congregation

INUUC does not have official status as an LGBTQ+ Welcoming Congregation, and in this political climate, it is more important than ever that we are putting it out there to our community that we are a safe space. I would love to start forming a team of people who would be willing to work on going through the guidelines to see how we align with the guidelines already and where we can do better, working towards a vote and a submission to the UUA for recognition.
