with Trischa Lanum
At Rockwood Community Center and online on Zoom
Trischa Lanum, a Volunteer Coordinator at Our Place Community Outreach, feels extremely honored to share both the mission of Our Place and her personal journey of involvement with the organization. She will impart stories and comments from the neighbors Our Place serves, and wrap up telling us how we can impact the community with Our Place! Trischa feels deeply that it is a privilege to interface with each person she meets! Come hear the stories she’ll share!
Trischa Lanum is the eldest of six, mother of four, and a Grammy to three. Her parents encouraged social awareness in their biracial family. Her love of people shows as a partner, patriot, and advocate for underserved groups, including those with ADA and developmental concerns. Trischa and partner Curt live in a house where she enjoys DIY projects. The picket fence of her current home borders a busy bus stop. It is there, and as a Thursday morning Volunteer Coordinator at Our Place Community Outreach, that she shares conversation and whatever is needed at the moment, whether it’s gloves, cold water, food, or a toothbrush, with neighbors.
