Refugee and Immigrant Connections Spokane (RICS) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with the mission to support refugee and immigrant communities by providing services, fostering community bonds, and advocating for refugee and immigrant rights in the Inland Northwest, and we envision a multicultural community where everyone can thrive. To achieve our goals, we bring people together, provide opportunities for connection and for fostering relationships, and provide case management to overcome barriers to thriving.
We believe that people from all backgrounds, infants to elders, deserve to have a sense of belonging, no matter when Spokane became their home. Connection to community and centering relationships are at the heart of all of the work that we do.
Volunteers are the foundation of success in our case management programs, putting on the World Refugee Day celebration and RICS Kids Connect. For more information about volunteer opportunities, our programs, or to donate, please visit our website: https://RICSpokane.org
