Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation

We have heard that some of our INUUC members are feeling overwhelmed, stressed and burned-out. Meditation is a good way to relax the mind. Developing a habit of meditating is an excellent way to strengthen your psyche to be able to withstand the volatile environment we are now in.

The Healthy Community Circle is announcing an experiment. Starting November 7th we will offer a 30 minute meditation session via Zoom at 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning.

Kathryn Alexander will lead the first session, but others are welcome to lead sessions too.

Kathryn will share Conscious Breathing, a technique that has been proven to actually change brain structure with continued use. Guided breathing patterns can make you happier, more confident, and more resilient. There’s even a book on Amazon, if you are interested. As well as Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation.

Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation. Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation is becoming scientifically recognized as a powerful tool for preventing or stopping Alzheimer’s disease, increasing all aspects of cognitive function, (perception, thinking, reasoning and remembering) and reducing stress levels while improving short term memory.

The methods of meditation, the time and date are open to the groups input.
