By Computer

Step 1 – Click link to join Zoom Cloud Meetings: You will be asked to install Zoom if you don’t already have it on your computer. Click to agree and follow any on-screen instructions.
Step 2 – Once installed, you may be asked to launch Zoom. Say yes. It will already know what meeting you are joining.

Step 3 – You will be asked to join the meeting audio by computer or phone. If you choose “computer,” it will use your computer microphone. If you choose “phone,” you will be provided with on-screen instructions for how to call in (phone number, etc.). Follow any voice instructions after you are on the call.
Step 4 – You will then enter the meeting room. If you wish, turn on your video camera…or don’t. It is OK if you don’t want to be on camera or don’t have a camera.
