We have begun the process of becoming an official Welcoming Congregation. This is a program of the UUA that supports congregations in becoming intentionally welcoming and affirming communities for LGBTQIA+ people.
Later this year, at our annual meeting, we will hold a vote on whether to become a Welcoming Congregation. A “yes” vote means that we, as a congregation, are agreeing to meet and uphold the Welcoming Congregation commitments outlined in the attached document:
