Hi,
I am reaching out to say a huge THANK YOU for your recent donation of $500.00 to support our homeless population. This money will be used under the Connections to Identification pilot program under Homeless Outreach with Spokane Regional Health District.  

I have had the honor of creating and overseeing this pilot program for the last two years. The importance and driving force of this is to assist our folks experiencing homelessness to obtain their Washington State ID, as without an ID one is limited in accessing services and resources. Without an ID, individuals cannot sign a lease, apply for employment, open a bank account, or get on Methadone treatment, just to name a few barriers.

It amazes me that as a community we have not felt this as a gap to fill to support and empower our folks living on the streets. Through your donation, together, we will be able to continue to offer identification supports to some of our most vulnerable.
