The Spokane Alliance is launching a city-wide listening season! INUUC, as a faith institution of the Spokane Alliance, will gather its members to ask them to “Tell a story about a social or economic pressure impacting your life or your community that you don’t have the power to address on your own.” That will help us find common themes and issues that we can address as one powerful Alliance. The Governing Circle will also have the Alliance ask: “What would you like INUUC to focus on next year?” Mark your calendars and RSVP.
- In-person listening is November 17, 12–1:30 p.m., after the Soul Weaving service. A light lunch will be provided.
- Zoom listening is November 20, 6–7:30 p.m.
- Please RSVP if you plan to attend either listening session to Mary Lou Johnson.
- We need to plan for lunch numbers on November 17 and will provide the Zoom link for November 20.
We encourage everyone to join in this important discussion. Together we can build relationships, strengthen INUUC and collectively build a healthier, inclusive and resilient Spokane community!
